The casino fails to honor many Onyx perks so don’t bother your better off sitting at Royal or even sapphire. The spots are ok however when you see Slot that says OUT OF ORDER that usually means it’s been shot off for a high roller so no average person can win what they have lost. I have been frequenting this casino for years and it’s gone from almost a 5 star establishment to a 4 star (fake) more like 3 star establishment for to their hospitality being a big goose egg, food unless you eat at the steak house 1832 is all garbage/ fast food for $$, the rooms are average or below depending on whether or not you get one that’s been used and not cleaned Si have several times in the past few years.
